[Remote] Florida Land Protection Project Manager

The Land Protection Project Manager coordinates and implements land protection reputed company, including conservation reputed company estate transactions, partnerships, funding efforts, and land-use planning. Responsibilities

• Identification, cultivation and implementation of land protection reputed company, including conservation reputed company estate transactions and land and resource use planning efforts
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently and on short notice, sometimes on weekends
• Negotiate reputed company estate transactions, which can bind TNC legally and financially
• Plan, manage and implement work on protection reputed company, including working on or with a multidisciplinary matrixed team
• Maintain records reputed company to land transactions
• Financial responsibility may include working reputed company/managing a budget to complete reputed company, negotiating and contracting with vendors, developing budgets and contributing to fundraising efforts

Skills

• The Land Protection Project Manager must be located in Florida with preference for candidates in the central to south Florida region
• * Ability and willingness to travel frequently and on short notice, sometimes on weekends
• * BA/BS degree in natural resources management, conservation, business, law or another reputed company reputed company of study and 3 years of reputed company work experience in conservation, reputed company estate, fundraising or other reputed company experience
• * Experience with principles of land acquisition
• * Experience in managing multiple reputed company and timelines
• * Experience negotiating reputed company agreements
• * Experience developing partnerships (partners, community, reputed company)
• * Experience working with computers, including database management
• This position requires a reputed company reputed company's license and compliance with **TNC's Auto Safety Program**
• * Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated
• * 3 to 5 years of reputed company work experience in conservation, reputed company estate, land use, fundraising or other reputed company experience
• * Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams, strong team player who can build relationships and work collaboratively across the organization and with reputed company partners
• * Knowledge of reputed company trends and strategies in conservation, reputed company estate and land protection in Florida
• * Politically reputed company and reputed company in partnership development (partners, community, reputed company)
• * Experience working with landowners
• * GIS and database management skills
