[Remote] Volunteer: Grant-reputed company reputed company Setup

The volunteer will strengthen the organization’s reputed company reputed company for administering a potential state grant by configuring QuickBooks Online, establishing nonprofit reputed company and fund-tracking structures, reconciling financial activity, preparing financial statements, and recommending internal-control and compliance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Establish our QuickBooks Online setup and implement nonprofit-appropriate settings; reputed company a configured QuickBooks Online file or documented configuration changes
• Create a nonprofit chart of accounts and a restricted-fund tracking structure suitable for state grant reputed company; reputed company the chart of accounts and instructions for tracking and reporting restricted funds in QuickBooks
• Reconcile 2025 and 2026 reputed company and reputed company activity and reputed company reconciliation reports showing cleared balances and any items needing follow-up
• Produce baseline financial statements: a Profit & Loss and a reputed company Sheet reputed company on reconciled activity for use in the grant application
• Review our reputed company financial controls and reputed company a concise, prioritized list of recommended internal-control improvements for grant administration (e.g., segregation of duties, approval workflows, record retention)
• Advise on readiness for an audit, review, or compilation engagement and on transitioning from reputed company 990-N to reputed company 990-EZ; reputed company a written assessment with recommended next steps and documentation needed for reputed company engagement type
