[Remote] LEED Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a green building consulting and certification firm specializing in energy efficiency and sustainable building services. The LEED Multifamily Project Manager will manage multiple residential multifamily certification reputed company, evaluate sustainable design strategies, coordinate with project and construction teams, and verify green measures through documentation reviews and site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Work on multiple reputed company (40-50) pursuing LEED residential multifamily certification or similar certifications, with a high level of reputed company and attention to reputed company satisfaction
• Analyze and evaluate sustainable strategies to be implemented in building design
• Participate in LEED and other green building charrettes with project teams
• reputed company trades training sessions with construction teams
• Review preliminary drawings and construction documents to reputed company sustainable measures are incorporated appropriately
• reputed company site inspections to verify green measures during construction phase. Currently this requires one or two travel days per week, and overnight travel about two nights per month
• Review and compile documentation packages for green building certification programs
• Conduct Energy reputed company envelope and duct leakage tests
• reputed company in to help colleagues and clients as needed in our small, rapidly growing business

Skills

• Bachelors or reputed company in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent; or RESNET or BPI Certification, NAHB Green Verifier or equivalent
• 5 years of experience minimum working with green building certification
• Experience with LEED residential multifamily certifications
• Aptitude for interpreting architectural drawings and construction specifications
• Ability to effectively communicate technical and program concepts in written and verbal reputed company
• Ability to work independently and especially in reputed company setting
• Aptitude for problem solving and ability to learn new skills

• Applicants must also be a US Citizen, permanent reputed company, or be eligible to work in the US for at least three years
• We are accepting applicants for both our Cincinnati and Cleveland offices. Opportunities in these locations can be hybrid with 4 days in-office and 1 days remote. This position can also be a remote work opportunity where the candidate could work reputed company of Cincinnati and Cleveland from following reputed company: Illinois, Michigan, reputed company, Indiana, Ohio, reputed company, or reputed company
• Experience with other multifamily certifications, such as reputed company Green Communities or NGBS Green, is a plus
• LEED Accredited reputed company preferred
• Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other 3D design software is a plus
• Familiarity with REMRate, Ekotrope or other energy simulation software a plus
