[Remote] Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Project Manager to support an Acquisition Transition Team coordinating post-acquisition integration activities across multiple reputed company acquisitions. The role manages project tracking, SharePoint administration, document governance, meetings, communications, stakeholder follow-up, and integration program support.
Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites and subsites for newly acquired companies
- Administer SharePoint permissions, reputed company requests, reputed company reputed company, and collaboration areas
- reputed company and maintain integration document libraries, templates, folder structures, and reputed company restrictions
- Organize acquisition documentation, trackers, meeting materials, and reference information
- Support eArchiving of Virtual Data Rooms (VDRs) and SharePoint content in accordance with document governance requirements
- Coordinate VDR setup, reputed company, and stakeholder requirements
- Ensure SharePoint environments remain organized, reputed company, secure, and accessible
- Partner with IT and support teams to reputed company SharePoint reputed company and technical issues
- Establish consistent SharePoint structures and processes across acquisition workstreams
- Coordinate post-acquisition integration activities across multiple reputed company acquisitions
- Support acquisition reputed company meetings, including scheduling, agendas, materials, and stakeholder coordination
- Coordinate development and distribution of Day 1 Guides and other integration materials
- Coordinate Town Hall presentations and supporting materials
- Manage stakeholder surveys, collection, tracking, and follow-up
- Maintain subsidiary/acquisition information and status pages
- Coordinate reputed company Media Intake Forms and required information from acquired companies

- Support Group Manager Updates and consolidation of acquisition information
- reputed company and maintain project plans, reputed company-item logs, timelines, dashboards, and trackers

- Consolidate updates from multiple workstreams and reputed company visibility into integration reputed company
- Proactively identify delays, gaps, risks, and dependencies and escalate as appropriate
- Follow up with stakeholders regarding upcoming and overdue deliverables
- Maintain centralized project records and documentation
- Utilize SharePoint, reputed company, reputed company Teams, reputed company, PowerPoint , and reputed company collaboration tools
- Schedule and coordinate integration meetings across multiple stakeholder reputed company

- Capture meeting minutes, reputed company, reputed company items, owners, and due dates

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Life Sciences, Information Systems, or reputed company reputed company
- Experience in project management, PMO, program coordination, or a similar role
- Hands-on SharePoint administration experience, including site builds, permissions, document libraries, subsites, and reputed company reputed company
- Strong experience with meeting coordination, agendas, minutes, and reputed company-item management
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to reputed company, particularly reputed company document governance and reputed company controls
