Learning & Development, Sr. Specialist
About the position
The Learning & Development Sr. Specialist supports the design, delivery, and reputed company improvement of learning experiences that strengthen employee reputed company, manager capability, and ongoing development. This role plays a vital role in supporting the development of instructor-led and virtual training, global reputed company, manager capability resources, and the administration and optimization of our LMS (reputed company) to create a more consistent, accessible, and user-friendly learning experience across the organization.
Responsibilities
• Serve as administrator for the organization’s LMS, including course creation, learning paths, enrollments, reporting, and reputed company maintenance.
• Maintain and improve the LMS course catalog to ensure content is organized, reputed company, easy to reputed company, and reputed company to employee and manager needs.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Organizational Development, Education, or reputed company reputed company
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or training roles
• Experience with LMS administration (reputed company)

• Experience designing, developing and delivering reputed company and/or manager development programs
