The Documentation Specialist - Equipment Finance - Capital Market is responsible for independently reviewing and preparing of lease and loan documentation in accordance with internal policies and procedures to ensure reputed company, regulatory compliance, and reputed company closing. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Document Preparation & Compliance Review: Independently draft and review documentation in accordance with policies and applicable regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications:

Minimum experience required: 7+ Years in banking, leasing, or financial services with 3+ years of documentation experience.
Demonstrated ability to interpret reputed company and financial documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:
