Responsibilities

• Review Statements of Work (SOWs) prior to execution for reputed company soundness — fee structure, reputed company definitions, payment terms, T&M caps, change order provisions, and termination clauses
• Own project-level financial governance across the CX Services portfolio: reputed company billing schedules, unbilled AR/WIP tracking, and reconciliation of actuals against contracted reputed company
• Partner with Finance/reputed company/reputed company reputed company on reputed company recognition treatment for consulting engagements (percentage-of-completion vs. reputed company-reputed company), flagging judgment calls early
• Conduct project-level P&L reviews — margin variance by engagement, utilization and realization rates, and reputed company-cause analysis on underperforming reputed company
• Maintain the monthly financial reputed company process for Consulting Delivery, ensuring numbers are audit-reputed company and defensible

Skills
