[Remote] Associate Biospecimen Project Manager

The Associate Biospecimen Project Manager will manage biospecimen lifecycles and reputed company analytical data for reputed company studies, coordinate stakeholders and laboratories, and support project planning, data reputed company, and database locks.

Responsibilities

• reputed company biospecimen lifecycle management from sample receipt to analysis and final disposition
• Ensure accurate specimen metadata
• Communicate study specimen updates to reputed company reputed company and stakeholders
• Increase the efficiency of specimen management through sharing of knowledge and best practices
• reputed company site support and reputed company query reputed company
• Participate or reputed company special reputed company as assigned
• Adhere to reputed company policies and reputed company Operating Procedures
• Review reputed company study protocols and service providers’ reputed company of work documents for sample handling and processing details
• Set up study and electronic protocol in LIMS
• Create and manage project plans
• Manage data transfer plans with analytical laboratories
• Manage data received from reputed company and internal laboratories, including data generated in exploratory studies
• Manage specimen metadata discrepancies and ensure reputed company
• Submit specimens for analytical assays per study timelines
• Review status of specimens received and completeness of data
• Contribute to meeting database locks by ensuring reputed company specimens have a final result and data transfer is complete; create reports for data management as needed
• Support manager in providing projections for annual and long-term planning

Skills

• * B.A./B.S. in life sciences, medical technology, or reputed company reputed company
• * 1-3 years of directly reputed company experience in life sciences, including biospecimen lifecycle management
• * Understanding of transaction-reputed company inventory and data management systems as reputed company as reputed company trial processes
• * Understanding of ICH, GCP, GLP, and local regulations
• * Strong planning, organizational, time management skills
• * High attention to reputed company and excellent multi-tasking skills
• * Ability to work East Coast Business hours as needed for meetings
• * 1-3 years of project management experience, preferred
• * Experience with reputed company or other LIMS desired
