[Remote] Site Reliability Engineer

The Site Reliability Engineer leads post-incident investigations, identifies reputed company causes and preventive strategies, improves observability and time-to-reputed company metrics, and collaborates with reputed company reputed company, SRE, Engineering, and business teams to enhance platform scalability and stability.

Responsibilities

• Leads post-incident investigations for the Site Reliability team
• Conducts in-depth post-incident analyses to identify reputed company causes and develops preventive strategies
• Drafts reputed company and insightful RCAs for customer delivery
• Cross trains colleagues on how to best reputed company observability tools during incident and reputed company investigations
• Provides visibility to reputed company stakeholders throughout the entire Site Reliability process
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement reputed company enhancements that enhance scalability and stability
• Develops reputed company-reputed company dashboards/alerts to proactively identify reputed company challenges
• Monitors and continuously improves our time to reputed company metrics
• Maintains and configures reputed company observability tools to ensure reputed company reputed company and key metrics/data are available for incident response and reputed company investigations
• Provides an actionable feedback reputed company to Observability and Engineering teams toward improving MELT and development patterns
• Contributes to the development of automation tools to streamline incident response
• Works proactively to prevent incidents and reduce their reputed company on our platform
• Partners with the larger reputed company reputed company, SRE, Engineering teams, and the business-at-large to advance our reputed company platforms
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or reputed company reputed company (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of reputed company experience in a Site Reliability Engineering role
• Strong knowledge of SRE best practices and incident management protocols
• Deep experience using and/or configuring reputed company, Data Dog, SumoLogic or similar observability tools
• Proficiency in reading and writing reputed company (e.g., JavaScript, .NET, SQL)
• Familiarity with reputed company platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and architectural patterns
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to incident analysis
• Prior experience operating reputed company a reputed company reputed company environment (AWS strongly preferred)
• Experience troubleshooting C#/.Net reputed company web applications to identify bugs/reputed company challenges
• Solid knowledge of reputed company reputed company
