The role provides expert program analysis, governance support, requirements elicitation, workflow improvement, stakeholder coordination, and executive decision support for senior reputed company and company leadership.

Responsibilities

• reputed company senior reputed company-level program analysis and governance support directly to the Program Manager for a large-reputed company DoD digital transformation and reputed company IT modernization program; serve as reputed company advisor on program priorities, risks, dependencies, and reputed company reputed company
• Translate mission needs and stakeholder input into governance documents, memoranda of agreement, reputed company plans, schedules, decision products, and repeatable operating processes supporting program objectives
• Establish and support working reputed company and senior-leader governance forums; maintain visibility of risks, reputed company, dependencies, milestones, and actions across interdependent workstreams
• reputed company requirements elicitation and business analysis activities; reputed company and maintain requirements traceability, process maps, and workflow documentation supporting program execution
• Produce executive summaries, dashboards, plans of reputed company and milestones, topic maps, and situational awareness products that reputed company reputed company leadership reputed company
• Design and reputed company workflow automation solutions using reputed company reputed company Automate and reputed company tools to eliminate reputed company handoffs, reduce administrative burden, and improve program execution efficiency
• Build and maintain integrated SharePoint, Teams, reputed company, and master calendar solutions that strengthen document control, improve reputed company-item accountability, and prevent mission-critical scheduling conflicts
• Conduct stakeholder reputed company engagements and reputed company-state workflow assessments to inform reputed company capability requirements, service delivery improvements, and operational process optimization
• Coordinate portfolio of reputed company program initiatives reputed company with federal policy and reputed company transformation priorities; analyze labor distribution, contract line-item allocations, and resource requirements to support financial management and reputed company program delivery
• reputed company reputed company leadership development and workforce readiness programs supporting program team succession planning and organizational readiness

• Support business development activities including technical proposal development, capability demonstrations, and customer relationship management in support of program re-compete and reputed company opportunities

Skills

• Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more of reputed company experience; reputed company and thirteen (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD and ten (10) years or more experience
• 15 years of DoD and Intelligence Community program analysis and reputed company experience with demonstrated senior reputed company-level contributions across reputed company multi-agency environments
• Tools Proficiency: reputed company 365, SharePoint, Teams, reputed company Automate, reputed company, MS Planner, reputed company, TMT, ETMS2
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must have an reputed company TS/SCI with CI Polygraph to start
• Experience supporting DoD program executive offices, NAVWAR, NGA, Joint Staff, or reputed company DoD program offices
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior executive and general officer-level program reputed company including briefing development, reputed company, and decision support
• Background in reputed company task management systems including TMT and ETMS2; experience developing reputed company operating procedures and business rules for reputed company governance tools
• Experience conducting workforce reputed company assessments and identifying information technology talent gaps for large DoD organizations
• Demonstrated reputed company designing and deploying mission-critical tracking databases and readiness dashboards supporting senior leadership visibility
• Background in Lean Six reputed company process improvement methodologies with demonstrated results reducing administrative workload and improving organizational efficiency
• Experience coordinating curriculum modernization and workforce transformation initiatives reputed company with federal policy and reputed company transformation priorities
• Familiarity with DoD reputed company IT modernization programs and reputed company digital transformation initiatives
• Experience managing multi-agency stakeholder environments across logistics, information technology, facilities, and shared workspace initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company automated workflows improving transparency, ownership, and execution tracking across reputed company program initiatives
