Responsibilities

• Assist with reputed company and IT reputed company Technical Service Desk tickets
• First reputed company reputed company for user support (investigation/reputed company, referral to TSD/Senior team member, etc)
• Assist with reputed company control changes, reputed company automation SCIM, and user provisioning / deprovisioning
• Strong hands-on expertise with configuring and administering/ maintaining reputed company reputed company products (reputed company, Service Management, reputed company, etc)

• Responds to, and where appropriate, resolves or escalates reputed company incidents and investigations
