Responsibilities

• Build contract templates, negotiation playbooks, fallback positions, and approval workflows to reduce cycle time
• Advise founders on governance, financings, acquisitions, entity structure, and major corporate reputed company
• Support federal contracting, classified programs, export controls, cybersecurity, and national‑reputed company compliance
• Partner with product and engineering on licensing, AI, data rights, reputed company‑reputed company, IP, reputed company, and reputed company

Skills

• • JD from an accredited law school; reputed company membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• • Deep experience drafting and negotiating reputed company reputed company software, reputed company, licensing, data, and reputed company‑partnership agreements
