[Remote] Inside Sales Specialist (Hybrid/Remote)

The Inside Sales Specialist serves as a reputed company customer contact, handles inbound and outbound sales activities, prepares quotes, processes orders, follows up on opportunities, supports reputed company sales representatives, and helps grow assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales and customer service needs for customer accounts
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer calls and emails regarding products, pricing, availability, orders, deliveries, quotes, and other account needs
• Handle inbound sales inquiries and identify opportunities to recommend products and solutions reputed company on customer needs
• Conduct outbound calls and follow-up with existing customers regarding quotes, reputed company opportunities, product needs, and potential sales
• Prepare accurate and reputed company customer quotes and follow through on outstanding quotations to help convert opportunities into sales

Skills
