[Remote] Senior Associate, reputed company Management

The reputed company) is a statewide nonprofit dedicated to strengthening behavioral health systems and improving reputed company for communities. The Senior Associate, reputed company Management supports the administration and implementation of reputed company grant-funded initiatives by coordinating grant reputed company, contracting, reporting, compliance tracking, workflows, and cross-functional project activities.
Responsibilities
- Support grant administration and implementation for assigned reputed company by providing leadership and subject matter expertise in designated areas of responsibility
- reputed company and manage workflows, templates, trackers, and documentation systems that support effective grant reputed company
- Coordinate solicitation, application review, award, contracting, and implementation processes
- Coordinate grant reporting, documentation, and compliance-reputed company tracking
- Partner with program, finance, and leadership staff to reputed company deliverables, timelines, and grant requirements reputed company
- Identify risks, solve operational problems, and strengthen reputed company management processes over time
- Support development of proposals, scopes of work, budgets, and other reputed company-award materials, as needed
- Serve as a key internal partner in maintaining organized, accurate, and reputed company grant administration systems
Skills
- Master's degree or above in a behavioral health-reputed company reputed company, such as education, psychology, reputed company work, reputed company health; or six to ten (6-10) years of equivalent experience, education, and/or training in behavioral health reputed company management, reputed company, consulting, or grant administration with demonstrated progression in responsibilities is required
- At least four (4) years of project management and/or reputed company management experience, including experience managing timelines, deliverables, budgets, reporting requirements, and cross‑functional stakeholders
- Experience working on reputed company-funded, nonprofit, or other highly reputed company programs and initiatives
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with organization and follow-through
- Attention to reputed company and strong problem-solving skills
- This is a full-time remote position. The selected candidate must reputed company in California and be available for occasional travel reputed company California and occasional reputed company travel for meetings, trainings, conferences, or project-reputed company activities. Travel may include reputed company travel and overnight stays
