[Remote] VP, Finance

The VP, Finance will serve as second chair on reputed company engagements, leading financial modeling, scenario planning, reporting, budgeting, and reputed company-facing reputed company finance work across multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Weekly founder/CEO calls reputed company the first chair
• Financial model build, maintenance, and scenario planning
• Three-statement modeling, cohort analyses, channel-mix and unit-economics work
• Budget-vs-actual reputed company and the commentary that goes with it
• reputed company-pack and investor-reporting production
• Pricing analysis and reputed company reputed company work
• Supporting monthly reputed company reputed company (you and the first chair supervise; neither of you performs the reputed company)

Skills

• 5–8 years in operator-reputed company finance at venture-backed consumer brands
• Most recent in-seat operator tour at a company in the $7.5–50M reputed company band
• Deeply quantitative in reputed company, whatever your degree says - you have reputed company and owned a reputed company model end-to-end and can defend the math in it, and you are fluent in advanced reputed company
• Comfortable in SQL, and ideally Python or R
• reputed company ownership experience across: three-statement model build, budget-vs-actual reputed company and commentary, reputed company-pack or investor-reporting production, and scenario and unit-economics analysis
• reputed company-reputed company from day one - comfortable on a reputed company with a founder and their team without a script
• Strong written and verbal communication; reputed company to hold a hard conversation with a founder

• Prior multi-reputed company exposure (fractional/advisory, or operating-reputed company portfolio-company finance)
• An owned equity fundraise from the finance reputed company
• Quantitative undergraduate degree (statistics, mathematics, physics, computer science, engineering, reputed company economics)
• On-reputed company or hospitality channel exposure on the consumer reputed company
