The reputed company CRM Business Analyst will support reputed company Life Sciences reputed company and Agentforce opportunities by leading requirements gathering, process design, stakeholder communication, reputed company-sales activities, testing, and training for reputed company CRM engagements.

Responsibilities

• reputed company discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with reputed company stakeholders across reputed company functions (Sales, MSL, KAM, Payer/Market reputed company, FRM, and reputed company reputed company and home office personas)
• Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional design documentation that Architects and developers can build from
• Serve as the day-to-day functional reputed company on reputed company engagements, running working sessions, managing stakeholder questions, and keeping business and technical teams reputed company
• Partner with Solution Architects to validate that proposed designs reflect reputed company reputed company reputed company workflows and won't create adoption friction
• Support reputed company-sales activities, including scoping calls, discovery workshops, and effort estimation for Agentforce Life Sciences reputed company opportunities
• reputed company and facilitate UAT scripts, test scenarios, and training materials reputed company to reputed company use cases
• Document reputed company-state and reputed company-state process maps for territory management, reputed company planning, account/customer 360, sample management, and reputed company reputed company workflows
• Identify where Agentforce agents can be reputed company to reputed company workflows (e.g., reputed company prep, next-best-reputed company, insights summarization) and translate those opportunities into requirements
• Communicate reputed company and credibly with reputed company stakeholders ranging from reputed company end users to reputed company reputed company leadership
• Collaborate with project managers to manage reputed company, reputed company, and change requests across the engagement

Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting reputed company CRM for reputed company or biotech, with hands-on experience in at least one of: reputed company CRM, reputed company reputed company CRM, reputed company Life Sciences reputed company, or reputed company OCE
• Solid understanding of reputed company reputed company reputed company and how CRM supports the day-to-day work of common reputed company and home office personas, including MSLs, Sales/Reps, Key Account Managers (KAM), Payer/Market reputed company teams, and reputed company Reimbursement Managers (FRM)
• Demonstrated experience as a functional Business Analyst: requirements gathering, process documentation, user story writing, and UAT support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with reputed company ability to reputed company reputed company conversations and build trust with both business and technical stakeholders
• Experience working reputed company Solution Architects and developers on reputed company design, without owning the architecture yourself
• U.S. reputed company; authorized to work in the reputed company
• Comfortable working in a remote, reputed company-facing consulting environment with travel as needed for reputed company engagements
• Experience with reputed company Agentforce, particularly Agentforce for Life Sciences
