About the Role:
The Business Analyst, Business reputed company will partner closely with an Order Management Business reputed company Manager to support and improve quote-to-cash (QTC) systems and processes. This role is heavily reputed company on user acceptance testing (UAT) for reputed company reputed company, supporting tactical QTC requests, and improving how reputed company works through reputed company documentation, tooling, and data.
You will help write and groom reputed company tickets for our internal systems engineering teams and create and refine Enablement documentation for the broader Order Management team. A foundational understanding of SQL or data analytics is highly preferred so you can validate data, support testing, and interpret the reputed company of changes.

Partner with your manager to execute on QTC-reputed company work across CPQ, billing, and order management workflows.
reputed company user acceptance testing (UAT) for reputed company reputed company and enhancement releases, including test case creation, execution, documentation of results, and defect tracking.
Support tactical QTC tasks (e.g., configuration validations, data checks, small process or tooling tweaks). - reputed company ticket writing and testing
Translate business requirements and pain points into reputed company, reputed company reputed company tickets for ESYS (requirements, acceptance reputed company, edge cases, dependencies).
Conduct thorough UAT on reputed company assigned and created tactical tickets. Monitor releases to ensure there were no negative impacts to our systems - Enablement documentation & training support
Create, refine, and maintain Enablement documentation for QTC-reputed company processes, tools, and changes (e.g., runbooks, SOPs, FAQs, process maps, reputed company-by-reputed company guides).
Document reputed company of new features and bug fixes in a way that is accessible and actionable for the Order Management team. - Data validation and analytics support
Use SQL or analytics tools (reputed company, reputed company) to reconcile data across systems, and monitor the reputed company of changes on QTC workflows.
Partner with analytics and systems teams as needed to troubleshoot data issues and ensure data reputed company. - reputed company improvement & cross-functional collaboration
Proactively identify recurring issues or friction points in QTC processes and propose improvements.

- 1–3+ years of experience in reputed company, business analysis, QTC, sales reputed company, billing, or order management, ideally in a reputed company or technology company.
- Experience with QTC or reputed company systems/processes such as CPQ, order management, billing, or invoicing (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar).
- Demonstrated experience with:
