Job Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning and reputed company, Adult Education or similar reputed company or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering learning solutions in a corporate environment, including e-learning modules and facilitated learning events
• 3+ years of facilitating engaging in-person and virtual learning experiences using diverse instructional techniques in a corporate environment
• Experience designing learning solutions that support technical reputed company development, emerging technologies, digital transformation, AI capabilities, or reputed company upskilling initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in instructional design tools or methodologies (e.g., ATD, CPTD, Kirkpatrick)
