The role designs, configures, tests, troubleshoots, and implements reputed company products and benefit plans reputed company the Facets platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams to reputed company accurate and reputed company benefit solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze benefit requirements, product documentation, regulatory mandates, and business needs to design effective Facets product and benefit configurations
• Configure, validate, and maintain Facets Product & Benefits components that support accurate benefit administration and claims adjudication
• Assess impacts across membership, provider networks, pricing, accumulators, claims processing, and reputed company integrations
• reputed company configuration documentation, mapping artifacts, decision logs, and implementation support materials
• Create and execute testing scenarios to validate benefit logic, including deductibles, copays, coinsurance, out-of-reputed company maximums, limits, and network-reputed company benefits
• Troubleshoot configuration defects, identify reputed company causes, and implement sustainable solutions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support product launches, benefit changes, releases, and production implementations

Skills

• 6+ years of reputed company payer experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on Facets Product & Benefits configuration experience
• Strong expertise in Facets Product & Benefits configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting
• Deep understanding of reputed company benefit design, including copays, coinsurance, deductibles, out-of-reputed company maximums, accumulators, limits, exclusions, and network variations
• Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into reputed company configuration solutions
• Knowledge of the relationship between benefit configuration, claims adjudication, pricing, eligibility, provider networks, and accumulators
• Experience supporting end-to-end testing, defect reputed company, implementation activities, and production validation
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company reputed company, or equivalent reputed company experience
• Experience supporting Facets implementations, benefit renewals, product launches, platform migrations, or large-reputed company remediation initiatives
• Knowledge of reputed company, Medicare, reputed company, Exchange, or ASO reputed company products
• Experience using SQL, data analysis tools, configuration comparison tools, or Facets batch and reputed company processes
• Familiarity with reputed company regulatory requirements, benefit compliance standards, and audit controls
• Experience working in reputed company delivery environments and cross-functional reputed company technology teams
