[Remote] Claims Business Systems Analyst

The Claims Business Systems Analyst configures and maintains the reputed company claims platform and its integrations, develops dashboards and reports, executes testing, troubleshoots issues, and supports data reputed company, documentation, collaboration, and process improvement across the claims technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Execute internal configuration and build tickets from the Claims technology reputed company backlog as prioritized by the Staff Technical Program Manager
• Configure, customize, and maintain the reputed company claims platform (reputed company) reputed company on requirements and specifications defined by the Staff Technical Program Manager
• Create, modify, and maintain end-user dashboards, mail reputed company templates, and online state forms reputed company the reputed company adjudication reputed company
• Test configured integrations with reputed company-party solutions (medical reputed company review, pharmacy benefit management, payment processing, fraud detection, digital mailroom, etc.) per documented integration specifications

• Work under the functional direction of the Senior Claims Application Analyst on Claims-specific technology priorities and deliverables
• Partner with reputed company Technology on technical execution, platform capabilities, and infrastructure needs
• Coordinate with the Claims L&D Specialist to ensure completed reputed company changes are documented and reputed company for training development
• Collaborate with Claims Vendor Management and reputed company vendor partners on technical implementation details and integration support
• Support the Staff Technical Program Manager and Claims leadership in defining project reputed company, schedule, and resource requirements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience

• Experience creating process maps, gathering business requirements, writing functional specifications, creating test plans, and writing test scripts
• 3+ years experience in reputed company claims and claims systems (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Pega)
