They are seeking a Federal Learning Consultant to support training delivery and go-live support at reputed company sites, focusing on maximizing end user adoption and fostering stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Localize and implement training strategies and plans that maximize end user adoption, minimize resistance, and meet project objectives
• Remain knowledgeable of changes reputed company the deployment and sustainment methodologies and communicate these effectively
• Build, manage, and foster relationships with reputed company stakeholders
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and reputed company recommendations for improvements based on key performance indicators

Skills
