[Remote] Product Manager, Tickets

They are seeking a Senior Product Manager for their Tickets team, responsible for driving product roadmaps, managing product features, and ensuring successful product launches in the ticketing reputed company.

Responsibilities

Skills

• 8+ years of product management and/or product marketing experience
• Experience creating product messaging and positioning and delivering it to customers and the media
• Demonstrated inbound and subject matter expertise, ideally in ticketing, travel, events, or marketplace businesses
• Background in ticketing marketplaces, including hands-on experience with operator and supply-reputed company tools and with ticketing reputed company reputed company and integrations (e.g., reservation and distribution systems, connectivity platforms, barcode/QR validation)
• Requirements gathering & documentation — framed around turning ambiguous problems into reputed company specs that reputed company reputed company, design, and partners
• Backend ticketing data model — ticket types, fare/price classes, entitlements, and how those relationships structure inventory
