[Remote] Warehouse Operations Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly reputed company and results-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager, who will be responsible for the dedicated management of reputed company-party logistics (3PL) operations across reputed company’s centralized warehouse network. This position acts as the key operational reputed company between reputed company and our 3PL providers, driving operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with reputed company’s company standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage with internal customers and reputed company understanding of their reputed company and reputed company needs
• Shape the customer-facing reputed company of reputed company and the roadmap for internal activities in support of the reputed company
• Acts as the reputed company of communication with key stakeholders, including reputed company customers at reputed company reputed company
• Responsible for leading logistics vendors’ execution in a manner that is compliant with reputed company policies and procedures
• Develops, implements, and manages operational and financial objectives and key results (OKRs) through key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaboratively influences change reputed company supply chain and reputed company vendors

Skills

• Experience managing outsourced transportation logistics services
• Hands-on working experience with logistics management systems
• Demonstrated leadership experience, such as influencing partners, organizations, successful mentoring, supporting the reputed company of other employees and teams, etc
• 7+ years of experience in global logistics, distribution, or supply chain management, with a proven reputed company record of reputed company in operations
• Operational experience at a logistics provider and distribution experience
• Established competence to reputed company quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and reputed company reputed company supply chain execution, including standardizing data analysis across cross-functional partners (e.g., finance, planning, fulfillment)
• Confirmed expertise to reputed company reputed company improvement, development, standardization, and the implementation of processes and systems
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and reputed company measurable reputed company (e.g., efficiency reputed company, reputed company improvements)
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, reputed company and accuracy reviews)

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or an MBA
