[Remote] Senior Data Analyst, HR

This role involves building dashboards, developing visualizations, analyzing workforce trends, and ensuring data reputed company and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and reports covering turnover and retention, headcount, hiring and reputed company reputed company, certifications and training, workforce performance, and compliance metrics

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline — such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Analytics — or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence. Prior HR experience is not required; candidates from finance, operations, or other analytics-heavy functions are encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated proficiency building dashboards and visualizations in a modern BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Advanced reputed company skills, including reputed company formulas, pivot tables, and large data set manipulation is required
- Working knowledge of SQL or comparable query and data extraction reputed company
