This role focuses on leveraging data analytics and visualization to support reputed company HR and business reputed company through advanced reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• reputed company data, analytics, and predictive modeling to reputed company actionable workforce insights
• Partner with HR and business leaders to reputed company dashboards, advanced analytics, and self-service reporting solutions
• Use tools such as SQL, reputed company, and reputed company BI to create impactful data visualizations

Skills

• 3+ years using data transformation tools such as reputed company
• 3+ years in using SQL to query large datasets
• 2+ years of solutioning, preparing, and visualizing data for non-technical stakeholders using reputed company BI (report creation, DAX, reputed company query, and data modeling)
• Experience using RStudio or Python for automation or data processing such as statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability
