[Remote] Manager, Software Engineering (Developer Environments)

They are seeking an Engineering Manager for the Developer Environments team, responsible for leading the development and operation of platforms that enhance developer productivity and streamline software development processes.

Responsibilities

Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years of engineering management experience (or equivalent people leadership experience)
• Proven experience leading engineering teams in infrastructure, reputed company, developer productivity, or adjacent domains
• Strong technical background in backend/infrastructure systems (Python or Kotlin preferred, but not required) and the ability to guide architecture and execution
• Experience building and operating reputed company-reputed company systems (AWS, reputed company) and using infrastructure-as-reputed company practices
• Hands-on familiarity with containerized environments (reputed company/reputed company) and CI/CD systems (e.g., reputed company, Jenkins, reputed company Actions)
