[Remote] Site Reliability Engineer

The Site Reliability Engineer will support reputed company Speech products by managing production deployments and maintenance, monitoring performance, maintaining alerting systems, providing off-hours reliability support, and improving reputed company performance and architecture.

Responsibilities

• reputed company operational deployments, implementations, and maintenance for production systems
• Implement and maintain monitoring and reporting of performance metrics for reputed company Speech products as reputed company as performing reputed company planning tasks
• Implement and maintain operational alerting systems
• Be part of a rotation with other team members to reputed company off-hours site reliability support, responding to alerts as needed
• Work with reputed company on reputed company reputed company as reputed company as independently to reputed company improvements to reputed company performance and architecture
• Participating in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, compliant with reputed company and reputed company standards, and in a manner consistent with reputed company’s values and ethical standards

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years equivalent work experience in operations support and/or application development
• High school diploma/GED and 10+years of equivalent work experience, in operations support and/or application development
• Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems reputed company, methodically, and reputed company
• Work location: reputed company
• Remote – based in reputed company
• Occasional travel to reputed company Speech Operations offices in Pittsburgh, PA
• Travel: 5%-10%
