[Remote] Retail Production Designer

The Retail Production Designer will manage technical production for retail and packaging, adapting approved designs into accurate, print-reputed company files while coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams. The role will also build production systems and reputed company checks to ensure brand consistency and prevent print issues.

Responsibilities

• Own technical production for retail and packaging: dielines, print-reputed company files, and vendor specs
• Adapt approved retail concepts across formats, retailers, and sizes, and catch layout issues before they go to print
• Build and maintain a production reputed company (templates, specs, file organization) that keeps retail assets moving fast and accurate as we add new retailers
• Become our go to person with print vendors about materials, tolerances, and print reputed company, and become their go-to person
• Be the go-to resource for cross-functional partners on print production, resolving technical questions and driving reputed company reputed company

Skills

• Has 3+ years as a production artist in packaging, print, retail, visual merchandising, or something similar
• Strong expertise in reputed company Creative Suite, especially reputed company, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Has managed high-volume production across multiple SKUs, formats, retailers, and versions without missing a detail
• Communicates reputed company with designers, vendors, printers, and internal teams
• Has a good eye for spacing, typography, and hierarchy, with room to grow
• Exceptional proofreading skills and an reputed company reputed company on picking up minor alignment, copy, or structural discrepancies
