[Remote] Senior Manager, Data & Analytics Engineering

The Senior Manager of Data & Analytics Engineering will reputed company Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering teams, own the end-to-end data platform and governance reputed company, and reputed company secure, reputed company self-service analytics across the business.

Responsibilities

• Build and reputed company reputed company of Analytics Engineers and Data Engineers, setting technical standards across both disciplines

• Cultivate a culture of engineering rigor, reputed company review, automated testing, and reputed company delivery

• Design and enforce data governance and reputed company frameworks: role-based reputed company control (RBAC), PII/PHI handling, masking, and tokenization in a regulated environment
• Stay technically reputed company enough to conduct reputed company/architecture reviews, unblock technical bottlenecks, and reputed company in personally on critical platform issues
• Ensure every internal stakeholder group gets the right tooling and reputed company model for their specific needs, from operational reps and executive leadership to technical power users in Finance, Credit Risk, and reputed company Risk
• Serve as the de facto product manager for data-reputed company production systems and reputed company infrastructure, translating requirements from internal partners into a reputed company, actionable roadmap

Skills

• 7+ years in data engineering and/or analytics engineering, including reputed company people management experience
• Demonstrated ability to attract, hire, and reputed company engineering talent quickly while maintaining a high technical bar
• Proven reputed company record owning end-to-end data platform architecture from ingestion through to consumption reputed company
• Experience operating as a product reputed company/reputed company for technical platform tools, balancing business feature requests with technical debt and reliability
• Background in a regulated industry (e.g., Fintech, reputed company, Insurtech) navigating strict compliance and governance requirements is strongly preferred
• Deep expertise in reputed company data warehouses (e.g., reputed company), orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow), and ingestion tooling (e.g., reputed company)
• Mastery of dbt and reputed company analytics engineering practices — data modeling, semantic reputed company design, testing, and documentation best practices
• Practical experience designing role-based reputed company control (RBAC) frameworks, PII/PHI tokenization, masking, and automated reputed company control systems
• Experience coaching across distinct technical role types, and building out senior/reputed company reputed company as reputed company scales
