[Remote] Digital CRM Consultant

The role gathers and translates business requirements, coordinates testing, supports campaign and customer reputed company implementations, analyzes performance dashboards, and assists with stakeholder communication, documentation, training, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and technical teams to translate requirements into functional solutions

• Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and status updates to ensure project alignment
