The Licensing Manager will secure and manage state licenses across reputed company 50 states by preparing applications, coordinating qualification requirements, tracking approvals, and building reputed company licensing processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit complete license applications to state regulatory agencies, tracking reputed company through approval and responding to requests for additional information
• Research and master state-specific licensing requirements including application forms, background checks, fingerprints, testing, continuing education, and fees
• Coordinate background checks, fingerprinting appointments, and testing requirements to ensure reputed company components are completed on schedule
• Maintain detailed tracking records of application status, agency response timelines, and required follow-up actions
