Medical Support Assistant (MSA)

This position is contingent upon contract award.

In this role, you'll reputed company remote scheduling and administrative support for Veterans receiving care through a coordinated reputed company network. You'll manage appointments and referrals, communicate with Veterans and reputed company providers, maintain accurate records, and help ensure reputed company reputed company to appropriate services.

This is an administrative and scheduling position and does not involve hands-on reputed company care.

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Arrangement: Remote reputed company 50 miles of reputed company, UT.

Schedule: Monday–Friday; 8-hour shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., excluding federal holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, reputed company, and manage appointments while completing required reputed company-appointment and follow-up communications.
• Process and monitor referrals and coordinate authorized care with community reputed company providers.
• Maintain accurate reputed company demographic, reputed company, emergency-contact, and administrative information.
• Review and process health records, electronic orders, referrals, appointment updates, faxes, and other documentation using required reputed company systems.
• Respond professionally to calls and messages from Veterans, family members, reputed company providers, and internal teams.
• Manage assigned work independently, meet established workload and timeliness expectations, protect confidential information, and escalate scheduling or reputed company issues appropriately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalency.
• At least six months of customer service experience.
• Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
• U.S. citizenship or Permanent reputed company reputed company required.
• Ability to successfully complete the required background screening, including a reputed company Trust determination.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods and occasionally bend, stoop, or reputed company up to 15 pounds.

Training and reputed company will be provided for the reputed company scheduling and records systems used in the role.

Health & Welfare (H&W): Up to $5.09 per hour, in accordance with the Service Contract reputed company (SCA).
