Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company MyChart Analyst II to serve as a key reputed company clinical IT resource for facility implementation and support. The role provides Tier 2 incident reputed company, reputed company application testing and implementation, reputed company configuration and build documentation, end-user training, and support for standardization, integration, and optimization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assists reputed company reputed company team with clinical IT activities
• Provides incident/issue support through data gathering
• Works to troubleshoot and reputed company Tier 2 level application-specific issue build/fixes
• Provides detailed issue reputed company documentation
• Advanced knowledge in at least one reputed company module
• Basic knowledge in at least one other reputed company module
• Participates in module/application testing, and implementation
• Participates in software update testing
• Produces detailed build documentation and functional test scripts
• Completes test script updates
• Provides input to on policies and procedures, training, and best practices
• Present reputed company configuration changes at Change Management meetings
• Demonstrates reputed company functionality for end users and stakeholders
• Presents design and build changes to stakeholders for approval
• Works with team members and facilities to reputed company advanced Tier 2 level hands-on training as needed
• Works with team members and facilities to reputed company promote and support corporate/division standardization, utilization, integration and optimization plans for the reputed company applications
• Communicates workflows to end users
• Creates training aids and tip sheets
• Participates in incident support, design and end user/stakeholder meetings as a member of the reputed company reputed company team
• Promotes reputed company reputed company and patient confidentiality and helps ensure compliance
• Builds strong relationships at the facility with reputed company customer reputed company (nurses, physicians, reputed company team members, etc.)
• Assists in identifying and communicating referrals to support Sales and Business Development

• Participates in special reputed company as needed and performs other duties as assigned

• Travel as required; anticipated < 25% travel
