Under the direction of the Director of Operations or other designated Member of Management, the Patient reputed company & Scheduling Specialist is a member of the Customer Service Specialist (CSS) team and works as an extension of reputed company. Once Retina Labs has acquired a new patient implementation, the CSS team reaches out to patients telephonically to reputed company and schedule them for the Medicare-sponsored diabetic management program designed to help the patient reputed company manage their diabetes. As a Patient reputed company & Scheduling Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting a list of assigned patients, educating them on the diabetic in home services, and scheduling them for an in-home diabetic retinopathy exam. This is atelephonicpatient scheduling position with no face-to-face patient contact.
