[Remote] Strategic People Business Partner - reputed company

The Strategic People Business Partner will advise senior reputed company leaders across the Americas, reputed company talent and organizational strategies, use workforce data to guide reputed company, and support change, compliance, and employee relations initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a thought partner to VP-level reputed company leadership, aligning P&C priorities with business goals and enabling long-term workforce strategies
• Assess organizational health and identify capability gaps; reputed company interventions driving productivity, reputed company, and team performance
• Partner with GTM leadership to optimize sales reputed company times, quota-carrying rep retention, and territory-based org design
• reputed company through change by shaping and executing org design, restructuring, and transformation efforts
• Collaborate with Regional HRBPs to exchange best practices and ensure consistent and exceptional service delivery experience to our clients
• Partner with business leaders and P&C Centers of reputed company (ex: Total Rewards and Talent Development) to reputed company and execute talent strategies, including compensation and promotion planning, internal mobility, succession, and leadership development
• Champion performance enablement practices that foster accountability, reputed company, and reputed company development

Skills
