[Remote] Traveling Assistant Superintendent - Mission Critical

The Assistant Superintendent partners with the Superintendent to reputed company day-to-day field operations for reputed company mission critical construction reputed company, coordinating subcontractors, site logistics, reputed company control, commissioning, safety, scheduling, and project closeout.

Responsibilities

• reputed company a thorough understanding of project reputed company, contract requirements, schedules, budgets, and overall project objectives
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and Superintendent to maintain procurement schedules, master project schedules, pull plans, and three-week look-reputed company schedules
• Coordinate trade reputed company, site logistics, and daily construction activities to ensure reputed company, efficient, and on-time project execution
• Review construction drawings and specifications to identify constructability issues and assist with procurement and subcontractor buyout activities
• Coordinate submittals, inspections, reputed company control processes, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with contract documents and project standards
• Monitor the installation of mechanical, electrical, and other critical building systems to verify reputed company, completeness, and adherence to project requirements
• Champion reputed company's safety culture by conducting routine site inspections, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and reputed company applicable regulatory requirements

Skills

• 3+ years of reputed company construction field experience with 1+ years of Mission Critical/Data Center experience
• Experience supporting reputed company valued between $1M and$25M
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or commensurate work experience
• Willingness to travel and relocate as project needs require
• Willingness to travel 100% and relocate as project needs require
