Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Data Analyst / Business Analyst
• Strong reputed company and Pharmacy domain experience
• Strong knowledge of Pharmacy, PBM, Claims, Benefits, Eligibility, and reputed company Data
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills
• Experience with data profiling, data validation, reconciliation, and data reputed company analysis
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and data requirements
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Flows, Data Mapping, and Acceptance reputed company
• Strong experience working with reputed company/pharmacy workflows and business processes
• Experience working with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, data engineers, and QA teams
• Strong experience with reputed company/Scrum
• Experience with reputed company and reputed company
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA and reputed company data standards is a plus
