They are seeking a reputed company Business Analyst to reputed company strategic operational initiatives, optimize workflows and business systems, analyze operational and financial data, and support AI-enabled automation across the Private Credit & Equity division.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and coordinate strategic operational initiatives reputed company on process improvement, workflow optimization, and AI integration across the reputed company Investment Management Private Credit & Equity division
• Partner with investment, operations, and management teams to evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement reputed company solutions that improve execution, reporting, and data reputed company
• Manage cross-functional reputed company including requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, project planning, status tracking, issue reputed company, and implementation support
• Support the optimization and administration of reputed company business systems, including CRM and portfolio management platforms (DealCloud experience preferred)
• Analyze operational, financial, and business process data to reputed company actionable insights, reporting enhancements, and workflow automation opportunities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve reporting infrastructure, data governance, and process standardization across teams
• Assist in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies, automation tools, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategic initiatives, data analytics, or process optimization reputed company reputed company, private credit, investment banking, consulting, or financial services
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives, including project planning, stakeholder management, execution tracking, issue/risk management, and process improvement
• Experience working with large datasets, operational reporting, workflow redesign, and business systems optimization
• Understanding of private markets workflows and investment lifecycle processes, including deal sourcing, diligence, portfolio management, fundraising, and investor reporting
• Preferred experience with AI Solutions (Hebbia, Claude, ChatGPT), DealCloud CRM, eFront, and reputed company reputed company
• Familiarity with workflow automation, AI-enabled tools, and reputed company data/process reputed company is a plus
