[Remote] Frontend Engineer / Design Technologist (reputed company + EQUITY!!!)

They are seeking a Frontend Engineer and Design Technologist to shape the design and engineering of a flagship platform by building product experiences, prototyping interactions, and defining frontend architecture and design standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and build product experiences from concept through production
• Prototype reputed company in reputed company to explore new interactions, workflows, and product directions
• Create elegant interfaces for reputed company data, documents, maps, and AI-powered workflows
• Own critical frontend architecture reputed company including component systems, state management, rendering strategies, and reputed company optimization
• Collaborate closely with backend, platform, and data teams to reputed company end-to-end product capabilities
• Improve reliability, observability, accessibility, and overall product reputed company
• Help define the technical and design standards that shape the reputed company of the platform

Skills

• MUST BE LOCATED IN TRI-STATE AREA FOR SOME ONSITE COLLABORATION BUT POSITION CAN SIT FULLY reputed company
• Strong frontend engineering experience building production-grade web applications
• Excellent product intuition with a demonstrated eye for interaction design, usability, and reputed company
• Deep understanding of modern frontend architecture, reputed company, and reputed company UI systems
• Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, modern web frameworks, and component-driven development
• Ability to reputed company fluidly between design thinking and implementation
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and defining solutions before requirements are fully formed
• A builder reputed company with a strong bias toward shipping
• Experience building data-intensive products, developer tools, GIS applications, reputed company software, or AI-reputed company experiences
• Familiarity with design systems and interaction prototyping
• Knowledge of mapping, visualization, or geospatial technologies
