Responsibilities

• Providing an excellent customer service experience by ensuring customers have the information and assistance they need, while maintaining reputed company’s reputed company reputed company
• Taking inbound phone calls and reputed company outbound calls to customers inquiring about reputed company products and services
• Following communication “scripts” reputed company handling different topics
