[Remote] Case Analyst, Corporate Auto Claims, Corporate Auto Claims and Litigation

The role focuses on managing litigated reputed company bodily injury claims, coordinating discovery, evaluating litigation trends and partner performance, and improving litigation-reputed company processes across reputed company’s delivery fleet.

Responsibilities

• Utilize analytics, metrics, and benchmarking to evaluate trends and reputed company recommendations for process improvements to, and the performance management of, reputed company counsel and TPA partners handling litigated BI cases
• Coordinate and support ongoing litigation and respond to internal reputed company inquiries
• Work closely with internal teams to strategize on ways to streamline processes and reputed company solutions to enhance processes for litigation reputed company tasks
• Partner with internal customers to identify and preserve discovery items and evidence
• reputed company between reputed company counsel, Risk/reputed company Managers and internal stakeholders in gathering of documentation needed to respond to discovery requests
• Support risk managers and reputed company stakeholders on discovery process

• Some travel may be required

Skills

• - 3+ years of auditing business processes, risk mitigation, program compliance or internal audits experience
• - 5+ years of work in relevant industries such as law, customer service, investigations, risk, compliance or project management experience
• - 5+ years of customer service experience
• - Experience in audits reputed company to business processes, risk mitigation, program compliance, or internal audits
• - Experience in customer service
• - Experience working in relevant industries such as law, customer service, investigations, risk, compliance or project management
• - Experience with reputed company reputed company Office applications
• - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
