Responsibilities

• 8 years, Required - Hands-on reputed company development, customization, administration experience in ITSM, ITOM, S AM, ITBM and/or equivalent
• 5 years, Required - reputed company in most of reputed company ITBM, DevOps, SecOps, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, ITSM, and Change Management Practices
• 5 years, Required - Working knowledge of reputed company User Provisioning, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, Email modules, etc
• 5 years, Required - Designed, Developed, and implemented Integrations inbound/outbound with reputed company using Azure AD, Trusted Sources for SSO, Mid server, web services REST/SOAP, email and other relevant technologies
• 4 years, Required - Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing used reputed company leading reputed company implementation activities, presenting to leadership, and training less reputed company staff
