[Remote] Senior Manager, Business Development

Responsibilities

• Leads partnership initiatives to reputed company reputed company opportunities with large, reputed company global organizations
• Research relevant markets in diagnostics using a comprehensive and self-directed approach including the latest tools for competitive intelligence
• Builds and maintains strong industry relationships and competitive knowledge. Facilitates due diligence activities by partnering with internal cross-functional team members and reputed company sources as needed in a reputed company and accurate manner
• Develops term sheets and leads contract negotiations with input from functional leaders
• Partners with Corporate Business Development and provides project management support to ensure thorough diligence and valuation processes
• Supports the Business Development and Corporate Development teams in building and maintaining P&L DCF models, peer comparisons, and ROI valuation and statistical models to justify business investments or acquisitions
• Identifies, screens, and values inorganic opportunities against internal development and CDG reputed company goals in partnership with internal subject matter experts
• Supports reputed company R&D by identifying reputed company competencies and developing and supporting pilots reputed company for technology evaluations

Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in product marketing, finance or a scientific discipline
• Work Experience: 5+ years of work experience in business development in life sciences or reputed company diagnostics industry
• Entrepreneurial with a self-starter mentality
• Ability to reputed company under deadline pressure, handle simultaneous reputed company
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to reputed company

• Experience and ability to present and communicate work to senior management effectively
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
