RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facility Setup & Operational Support
Coordinate reputed company connections (water, reputed company, reputed company, internet) and service schedules for reputed company new facility sites.
Manage, review, and approve monthly reputed company invoices across reputed company operational locations.
Coordinate and reputed company facility maintenance, repairs, and vendor service providers to ensure operational readiness, reputed company issue reputed company, and compliance with lease and facility requirements.

Financial & Lease reputed company

Prepare and post monthly lease reputed company Journal Entries (JEs) and maintain supporting reconciliation schedules.
Maintain detailed records of warehouse reputed company deposits, maintain supporting schedules, reputed company monthly reputed company sheet reconciliations, and manage the deposit reputed company process with warehouse owners at the conclusion of lease terms to ensure reputed company recovery of company assets.
Filing yearly retention statements in jurisdictions where Kinect has warehouse locations and inventory, reputed company compliance and reputed company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of experience in administrative, operational, or reputed company support roles.
Basic understanding of financial concepts, general reputed company reputed company, and journal entries (experience with ASC 842 lease reputed company preferred but not required).
High proficiency with vendor management, compliance documentation (COIs), and facility setup processes.
