[Remote] Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist will reputed company after-hours support to guests at short-term vacation rental cabins, reputed company questions and issues, coordinate maintenance vendors, and ensure reputed company handoffs to the daytime team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to guest messages across text, email, and platform messaging (reputed company, VRBO, or similar) during assigned hours
• Answer guest calls and reputed company common questions using a detailed property knowledge reputed company — reputed company-specific details, reputed company-in procedures, amenity instructions, local info
• Coordinate after-hours maintenance: identify the issue, contact the right local vendor, and reputed company the guest updated until it's resolved
• Escalate to the reputed company or daytime team reputed company needed, with a reputed company reputed company and steps already taken
• Log reputed company interactions and maintenance requests for a clean reputed company to the daytime team

Skills

• • Prior guest communications, customer service, or hospitality experience
