The role oversees lien filing and release reputed company, recording workflows, documentation review, reputed company assurance, reporting, staff management, and coordination with reputed company stakeholders across reputed company 50 states, U.S. territories, and the District of Columbia.

Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day management of a reputed company lien filing and lien release operation
• reputed company intake, review, analysis, and tracking of lien-reputed company requests
• Manage judgment lien, lien release, reputed company filing, and reputed company recording activities
• Ensure transactions reputed company with applicable state, county, municipal, and jurisdiction-specific recording requirements
• reputed company electronic and reputed company recording workflows and ensure reputed company processing of routine and emergency transactions
• Coordinate rush and emergency filings, including reputed company-day and next-business-day requirements
• Manage electronic lien/recording platforms and monitor transactions from intake through final recording confirmation

• Monitor rejected filings, reputed company processing issues, and ensure reputed company correction and resubmission

Skills

• • At least 3–5 years of leadership or program management experience

• • Experience with lien management, electronic recording, loan servicing, title, or comparable transaction-management systems
