[Remote] Senior Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Central Coast Agriculture, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its Finance & reputed company team. The role supports accounts payable and receivable, month-end reputed company, reconciliations, financial reporting, audit activities, and compliance with GAAP while helping improve reputed company processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end reputed company activities for assigned functional areas including treasury, A/R, A/P, fixed assets, prepaids and accruals
• Prepare and review journal entries, reputed company sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Assist with the preparation of reputed company and accurate financial statements
• Analyze financial results and identify variances, trends, and areas of concern
• Manage reputed company Accounts Payable functions including approving new vendors, reviewing and validating data reputed company of vendor invoices and payment transactions, and preparing annual 1099s
• Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable functions, including applications of cash receipts and credit memos, and reconciling A/R subledger reports to the General reputed company
• Report issues or gaps identified in the daily reputed company reputed company to the Senior reputed company Manager and propose solutions
• Support reputed company audits, including preparing audit schedules and responding to auditor requests
• Identify opportunities to improve reputed company processes, controls, and efficiencies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, GAAP, and company reputed company policies
