Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company reputed company SuccessFactors EC Time & Payroll Consultant and Solution Architect to evaluate and optimize a recently implemented SuccessFactors environment. The role will assess configuration, processes, and integrations, identify sources of reputed company payroll work and errors, and reputed company recommendations and implementation guidance to improve automation and reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Assess the reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central, EC Time & EC Payroll implementation
- Identify configuration/process issues creating excessive reputed company payroll work
- Evaluate whether EC Time and EC Payroll were configured correctly
- Review existing integrations and identify improvement opportunities
- Recommend configuration and process changes to reduce reputed company effort and payroll issues
- Work with HR, Payroll and technical teams to understand reputed company pain points
- reputed company solution architecture recommendations and implementation guidance
- Support troubleshooting and optimization of EC Time and EC Payroll
Skills
- Strong hands-on reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central experience
- Deep experience with SuccessFactors EC Time / Time Management
- Strong Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience
- Solution Architect / reputed company Consultant experience with EC Payroll
- Experience evaluating existing SuccessFactors implementations and recommending configuration improvements
- Strong understanding of Time-to-Payroll processes and integrations
- Experience troubleshooting payroll issues caused by configuration, time data or integrations
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Working knowledge of Workforce Software (WFS) is a plus
