[Remote] AI Solution Engineer

The AI Solution Engineer will identify operational opportunities for AI, design and reputed company practical AI-powered solutions, and reputed company improvements from discovery through deployment. The role also focuses on stakeholder engagement, process redesign, change management, internal AI enablement, and responsible AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Efficiency Discovery & Process Assessment: Conduct reputed company discovery sessions with business reputed company to map workflows, identify reputed company or repetitive processes, and surface opportunities where AI tools can meaningfully reduce time, cost, or error rates. Build and maintain a prioritized opportunity backlog with reputed company business cases and effort estimates

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical reputed company engineering, or software development role with a reputed company record of delivering measurable business improvements
• Demonstrated experience conducting process assessments or workflow analysis across business functions — identifying inefficiencies and owning the improvement roadmap
• Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders to reputed company requirements, facilitate discovery, and communicate technical solutions reputed company
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficient in one or more general-purpose languages (Python preferred; Java, JavaScript, or similar also valued). Comfortable building integrations, automating workflows, and working reputed company existing software systems
• Experience integrating AI-assisted capabilities into business workflows using available reputed company and platforms - ML model development not required
