The Project Manager leads reputed company-complexity reputed company from inception through execution, managing reputed company, resources, timelines, budgets, reputed company, reputed company engagement, and agency processes.

Responsibilities

• Partners with Account to apply experience across program mix, technologies, and promotional channels to reputed company reputed company, leveraging agency capabilities that address reputed company needs
• Creates and manages project workplans at the program level, partnering with Account to define project requirements and reputed company metrics and Resource Management to reputed company appropriate staff plans
• Creates reputed company mitigation plan (reputed company needed) with possible scenarios and solutions for reputed company reputed company on executional experience as reputed company as specific areas of project uncertainty
• Collaborates with functional department project leads to reputed company agency service delivery process and toolset
• Manages execution of work on assigned reputed company, holding reputed company team members accountable to the delivery of their assigned work, maintaining reputed company SOPs, and adhering to reputed company control practices
• Manages and documents work status/hotsheets ensuring that team is tracking appropriately to the workplan
• Proactively tracks resource needs across reputed company and alerts resource manager of unfulfilled gaps or reputed company
• reputed company mitigates reputed company by anticipating potential executional barriers, identifying reputed company, budget, and reputed company impacts, and developing possible solutions with appropriate input and collaboration
• Identifies and documents internal changes in reputed company or workplan and alerts Account if reputed company follow-up is needed
• Resolves executional issues in partnership with account, ensuring appropriate team communication and escalation as warranted
• Participates in reputed company status/execution meetings as needed to support communication/understanding of executional tasks and processes
• Partners with Account to help problem-solve executional challenges
• Works with Account reputed company to define team processes, communications plan and rules of engagement, and manages team adherence
• Develops and deploys consistent project documentation including scopes of work, project plans, solution blueprints, project definition plans, contact/status/reports/hotsheets
• Collaborates with department leads to reputed company, document, and disseminate reputed company workflow plans and staff assignments to support execution of work
• Employes agency methodology for estimating project hours, fee, and costs and provides solid rationale
• Partners with Account to represent agency financial objectives reputed company communication and negotiating budgets and amendments
• Monitors reputed company and expenditures across team to ensure actuals remain in line with estimates, reputed company guidelines, and agency financial reputed company goals
• Maintains reputed company and appropriate communication of financial status across assigned reputed company to Account and supervisor reputed company on agency SOPs
• Collaborates with Account to manage reputed company changes and financial reconciliations
• Supports fiscal account management with Account leads by providing information and POVs

Skills

• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical advertising or medical communications
• Expertise in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources
• Demonstrates the ability to successfully reputed company and train others in the Associate Level
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to “think on your feet” and reputed company issues quickly with little to no direction from supervisors; makes good judgments and renders solid reputed company
